Pre-Marketing

  • Develop marketing strategy, positioning and benchmarking
  • Analyze fund structure, service providers, fund terms
  • Generate a target list of investor prospects best suited to the manager and strategy
  • Assisting in development of marketing materials

Core Marketing

  • Pre-qualifying prospective investors
  • Introduce investment opportunity to investors
  • Coordinate distribution of marketing items
  • Participate in all investor meetings and development of road shows

Closing

  • Provide feedback from investor meetings
  • Coordinate due diligence process when appropriate
  • Facilitate investor request and subscriptions documents

Investor Relations

  • Advisement on potential side letters, managed accounts and unique requests
  • Inform investors on market developments post allocation
  • Goal: Keep managers focus on investing decisions and running the fund
