- Participate in all investor meetings and development of road shows
Closing
- Provide feedback from investor meetings
- Coordinate due diligence process when appropriate
- Facilitate investor request and subscriptions documents
Investor Relations
- Advisement on potential side letters, managed accounts and unique requests
- Inform investors on market developments post allocation
- Goal: Keep managers focus on investing decisions and running the fund
